How do I place an order?
Simply fill out the order form you've just received, then
mail or fax it directly to Highpoint Pictures. Your order
will be processed & sent directly to your home or office,
as you indicate on the form. Please write clearly and please
use pen, not pencil. Payment may be made using a credit
card (MasterCard or Visa only), or a check or money order
made payable to Highpoint Pictures. Any subsequent questions
about your order should be addressed DIRECTLY to Highpoint
Pictures, not your school or organization, as we can assist
you the quickest.

What are your order deadlines?
Can I order after those deadlines?
Each order form has a specific order deadline, usually in
the upper right of the form. Please adhere to this date whenever
possible. Nominal Late Fees are required for all orders submitted
after those deadlines due to the higher cost of producing
orders after certain time frames. We hold on to negatives
for at least 3 years from the shoot date, so ordering late
is always ok.

Do you offer special services
like Retouching or Custom Cropping?
Yes. Retouching is available for an additional charge of
$30 per proof. This flat charge will eliminate most skin
blemishes and minor clothing spots on all of the pictures
you order of that same proof. Custom Cropping is also available.
This service allows you to crop-out or remove unwanted elements
from your pictures. Please add a one-time fee of $20 to your
order for each proof you'd like cropped. *To take advantage
of either service, please place your order by MAIL, enclosing
the proofs, a detailed note explaining which service you'd
like performed, and the appropriate fees as noted above.
These special orders may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Am I responsible to pay New York
State Sales Tax?
Sales Tax is only required on orders that are being shipped
to addresses that are in New York State. Please see your
order form for tax amounts or use your local sales tax rate.

I never received my proofs
and the order form. Now what?
You can request replacement proofs easily by clicking
here to send us an email. Please be as specific as possible
with your replacement request.

When will I receive my order?
The earlier we receive your order, the quicker your final
prints will be mailed out to you. Orders are typically
shipped about 3 weeks from the date we receive your order.
Special orders requiring retouching or custom cropping
usually take 2 weeks longer. For faster service options,
please call ahead. All orders are sent via First Class
U.S. Mail and are packed in our sturdy, white cardboard
mailing envelopes. Please look out for them.
